Coming into hospital has triggered enough boredom that I decided to come back to this site after quite a few years of break. At first it was for browsing fanart and that sort of crap, but slowly I'm gaining the confidence to start uploading things.
I haven't been at all creative since the depression became really bad. Being a perfectionist means that anything I do attempt ends up becoming a giant trigger for frustration. Taking part in the in-patient art therapy has been really good for this because it lets me feel like whatever I come up with is an achievement. Sometimes taking a step back and not judging yourself can be so beneficial.
